Welcome! I’m Cherryl Nelson, a proud resident of Coast 3 Sand Reef Dageraad in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our vibrant culture, from the lively sounds of our local folk music to the rich flavors of traditional dishes like pepperpot and curry. Every meal is a celebration, and I love sharing these culinary delights with friends and family, just as I enjoy the camaraderie found in our community gatherings.
Living in this part of Guyana means being surrounded by nature’s bounty, where the mighty Pomeroon River flows and connects us, much like the bonds we share with our diaspora.
