Welcome! My name is Cindy Daniels, and I proudly call the vibrant Coast Public Road in Better Hope home. Nestled in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam, this area is rich with the essence of Guyanese culture—where every street is filled with the aroma of fresh rotis and pepperpot, and laughter echoes from the homes of my friendly neighbors. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local delicacies and traditions, which not only define us but also draw in those from the diaspora who seek a taste of home.
As a resident, I cherish the lush landscapes of our beautiful country, from the winding Pomeroon River to the bustling markets where you can find everything from delicious local snacks to handcrafted goods. I often reminisce about my own travels abroad and the strong ties that keep us connected to Guyana, whether it's through shared meals with family in New York or lively conversations about our homeland.
