Greetings! My name is Clinton Fredericks, and I call the serene banks of River Takatou Creek in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region my home. As a dedicated farmer, I cultivate the rich, fertile lands that Guyana is renowned for, bringing fresh produce to our local markets and contributing to our vibrant culinary scene. Nothing brings me more joy than preparing traditional dishes like pepperpot and metemgee, which are beloved not just here but across our diaspora.
