Welcome! My name is Daniel Roopchand, and I proudly call Lil Red Village on the Essequibo Coast my home. Nestled in the lush greenery of Pomeroon-Supenaam, this vibrant community is rich in culture and tradition. Growing up surrounded by the sounds of the Essequibo River and the aroma of homemade pepper pot simmering on the stove, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the culinary delights that make our region unique. As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the bittersweet feeling of being away from home.
