Hello! I’m Darshan Sugrim, a proud vendor from the beautiful Essequibo region, specifically the 625 Block 8 New Housing area of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always been surrounded by vibrant cultures, delicious foods, and warm-hearted people. My daily life is filled with the aroma of Dhal Puri wafting through the air, reminding me of the importance of sharing good meals with friends and family—especially when paired with the best curry or fried fish!
As a vendor, I enjoy connecting with my community and offering a taste of home to both locals and those who have moved abroad. I know how it feels to miss the little things, whether it’s the rush of the Pomeroon River or the sound of laughter among friends as we reminisce about our favorite street food spots.
