Hello! I’m Dave Baldeo, a proud resident of East Bank Essequibo, specifically 28 Tiger Bay Tushen in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. This vibrant country, known for its lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage, has shaped who I am today. Growing up near the iconic Pomeroon River, I have always cherished the deep connections to our land and the warmth of our communities. Food is a big part of our culture, and I love sharing dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice with family and friends, reminding us of our roots and the flavors of home.
