Nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I spend my days working as a labourer, contributing to the rich agricultural heritage that defines our community. The vibrant landscapes of Essequibo, with its lush greenery and flowing rivers, inspire my work ethic and connection to the land. I cherish the camaraderie with my fellow workers, as we often gather to share stories and laughter over a delicious plate of cook-up rice and a warm helping of karia.
