Greetings! My name is David Stanford, and I proudly call the Public Road Military in Pomeroon-Supenaam home. Growing up amidst the vibrant landscapes of Guyana, I find joy in our rich cultural heritage, from the lush Essequibo River to the heartwarming flavors of our local cuisine, such as pepperpot and metemgee. My life here is deeply intertwined with the rhythms of the river and the warmth of our communities, where stories are shared and friendships are forged over hearty meals and laughter.
As a resident of this beautiful region, I’ve witnessed firsthand the strength of our diaspora.
