Hello! My name is David Pusselwhyte, and I proudly call Essequibo 1521 New Housing Scheme, Pomeroon-Supenaam, my home. Growing up in Guyana, I've been deeply influenced by our rich cultural heritage, which is a vibrant blend of Indigenous, African, Indian, and European roots. Whether it’s the tantalizing taste of pepperpot during the holidays or the sweet aroma of freshly baked cassava bread, my upbringing has been filled with the flavors and traditions that make Guyana unique. I believe that while we may not be directly in the Caribbean Sea, the spirit of the Caribbean lives in our hearts and is evident in our celebrations, such as Mashramani and Phagwah. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
