Hello! My name is David Narine, a proud Guyanese born and raised in the serene village of Bank Essequibo North Sideline Reserve in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. As a seaman, I've had the privilege of traversing the world's oceans, but no matter where I go, my heart always drifts back to the vibrant culture and lush landscapes of my homeland. From the majestic waterways to the warm hospitality of my fellow Guyanese, the essence of our beautiful country is a constant source of inspiration for me.
In my free time, I enjoy indulging in our delicious local cuisine—nothing beats a hearty plate of curry and rice, a staple that brings back fond memories of family gatherings. Whether it's sharing stories over a bowl of pepperpot or enjoying fresh fish from the Essequibo River, food is a big part of our culture and community.
