Hello! I’m Davindra Bhaggan, a proud welder from Essequibo 18 Railway Embankment in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant cultures of our land, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our diverse heritage. Whether it's enjoying a plate of pepperpot on Christmas morning or taking in the breathtaking views at the Kaieteur Falls, the spirit of Guyana is always alive in my heart.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the importance of staying connected with our roots. I often reminisce about the lively markets filled with fresh produce, where you can find everything from coconut to spinach at prices that spark a chuckle. Despite the challenges we face, including the struggles with the cost of living, I always carry the hope that our people's mentality will evolve for the better. Our resilience runs deep, and I believe in a future where we can uplift each other.
Outside of work, I enjoy sharing stories and experiences with fellow Guyanese and those interested in our culture.
