Hello! I’m Dean Sankar, a proud son of the Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of our waterways, I developed a deep appreciation for our local cuisine—especially the mouthwatering dhalpuri and the rich flavors of our pepperpot.
