Greetings! I am Debbie Ashby, a proud Guyanese and manager residing in the vibrant Demerara region, specifically Vriesland on the West Bank of Essequibo Islands-West Demerara. Guyana is my heart and home, a place where the lush landscapes meet the rich heritage of our diverse communities. Our diverse history, from the British colonial era to our present-day independence, shapes the narrative of who we are as Guyanese.
