Hello! I’m Delon Alleyne, a proud labourer from the vibrant community of Bank ESS 23 Public Road Ruby East in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. My roots run deep in this beautiful land, where the Essequibo River flows and the sounds of the market on a Saturday morning remind me of the warmth and camaraderie of my people. Growing up, I was surrounded by the rich aromas of pepperpot and roti, and it is these flavors that connect me to my heritage and to the countless family gatherings that have shaped my life.
Living in Guyana means being part of a unique cultural mosaic where everyone takes part in each other's traditions.
