Hello! I’m Denish Ram, a proud resident of the Pomona Housing Scheme in Essequibo Coast, where the lush landscapes and vibrant culture surround me. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve cherished the flavors of our diverse culinary heritage, from the spicy pepperpot to the sweet, rich taste of the beloved black cake.
