Hello and welcome! My name is Destiny Bavehems, and I proudly call Bank Demerara 143 Onderneeming West in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Growing up in this vibrant community has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, from the lively sounds of local chutney music to the tantalizing aromas of pepperpot and cook-up rice wafting through the air during festive gatherings.
As a resident of Guyana, I am passionate about sharing the warmth and resilience of our people, especially in times when our nation faces challenges. The spirit of togetherness shines bright in our communities, where neighbors come together over a plate of fried fish from the Pomeroon River or enjoy the stunning views of our lush landscapes.
