Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Dhanpattie Singh, and I proudly call the vibrant community of Coast Back Street Adventure in Pomeroon-Supenaam home. Growing up in this beautiful region, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our unique blend of cultures, with influences from Indigenous, African, East Indian, and European traditions. Here, amidst the lush greenery and the winding rivers, I find joy in our local delicacies, whether it's savoring a plate of pepperpot during the holidays or enjoying cassava bread fresh from the oven.
As a resident deeply rooted in the rich heritage of Guyana, I often reflect on the warmth of our people and the strength of our diaspora. No matter where you roam, the sweet echoes of our folk songs and the spicy aroma of curry wafting through the air remind us of home.
