Hello! I'm Dilbert Griffith, a proud laborer residing in Pom. River Grant Maureen's Dale, nestled in the vibrant region of Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. I often find myself reminiscing about the good eats at Sybil’s whenever I visit the diaspora in NYC. Like many Guyanese, I carry a piece of my homeland wherever I go, especially through our food and the vibrant stories that accompany it.
