Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and the rhythmic flow of the Pomeroon River, I have always been deeply connected to my roots. I believe it's essential to honor our heritage, whether discussing the impact of historical events like the People's Temple tragedy or enjoying the beautiful landscapes of River Kamadankuro and Wakapau. Each moment is a reminder of where we come from and the richness we carry with us.
