Growing up in Guyana, I have always been deeply connected to our local delicacies and traditions. Many of my fondest memories include family gatherings where we enjoy these dishes together, celebrating the bonds that tie us to our roots. I often reminisce about my childhood days exploring the picturesque landscapes, like the tranquil waters of the Pomeroon River and the lively markets that showcase our community's spirit.
As a proud Guyanese, I’m also aware of the importance of our diaspora community.
