As a fisherman, I find joy in the rhythmic ebb and flow of the tides, bringing in fresh catches that support my family and connect me deeply to the land and sea. Fishing is not just a profession; it’s a way of life that has been passed down through generations, celebrated by families gathering around the table to share a hearty meal of fried fish and plantains, a beloved staple in our culture.
