Greetings! I’m Doolarie Boodhoo, a dedicated technician based in the picturesque Essequibo Coast, specifically at Maria's Lodge in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this vibrant area, I’ve always been surrounded by the lush landscapes and the rich culture that make Guyana truly special. From the rhythmic sounds of local music to the aroma of freshly cooked pepperpot and curry, my connection to my homeland runs deep, and I carry that spirit with me in all that I do.

It’s heartening to see how my fellow Guyanese in the diaspora, particularly those in places like Queens, still hold fond memories of our local favorites, like the beloved Sybil’s and its famous beef patties.
