As a member of the Hindu community, I find joy in celebrating our festivals, sharing mouthwatering dishes like roti and curry, and invoking blessings through prayer and community gatherings.
Living in Pomeroon-Supenaam offers me the unique opportunity to embrace nature's beauty, from the lush landscapes to the serene rivers that flow through our land. I cherish moments spent with family, whether we are enjoying a simple meal of fried rice and chicken or savoring local delicacies from our beloved “regular” restaurants. While I may be a housewife today, my dreams extend beyond my home. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
