Greetings! My name is Dularie Babulal, and I proudly call 53 Sarah Wakenaam in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region my home. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of Guyana, I have always cherished our vibrant culture, from the sweet taste of mangoes fresh from the riverbanks to the mouthwatering goat roti that brings friends and families together. I believe that food is an integral part of our identity, and there’s nothing quite like sharing a plate of curry or a slice of pepperpot with loved ones.
As a lifelong resident of this beautiful country, I have a deep appreciation for our historical treasures, such as the restored Saint George's Cathedral and the iconic Umana Yana, which remind us of our rich heritage.
