Greetings! My name is Elon Goddette, and I proudly call Mission in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. Growing up in the lush landscapes of Guyana, I have always been inspired by the vibrant culture that surrounds me. From the rhythmic beats of our folk music to the delightful aroma of pepperpot wafting through the air during the holidays, my roots are deeply embedded in the rich traditions of my homeland. There's a certain warmth in the way we gather over a plate of cook-up rice and fried fish, sharing stories and laughter that echo in our hearts long after the meal is over.
As a resident of this beautiful region, I cherish the breathtaking views of our rivers and savannas, and the sense of community that connects us all.
