Growing up in Bounty, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the flavors of Guyana. From mouthwatering pepper roti to the perfect cook-up rice, our culinary treasures are as diverse as our people. I love sharing these dishes with family and friends, especially when we gather to reminisce about our roots and the stories that connect us to our ancestors.
