Greetings from Essequibo 11 Sideline Dam! I’m Esan Haymar, a proud Guyanese miner dedicated to my craft and the beautiful land I call home. Growing up in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I've always cherished our vibrant Caribbean culture. There's nothing quite like enjoying a warm, flaky Roti with a side of curry after a long day at work, a reminder of our rich culinary heritage that brings friends and family together. As we say here, “When you eat together, you build bonds.”
Guyana is a country of incredible diversity, and I feel fortunate to be part of a community that celebrates this. From exploring the lush landscapes of the Lower Pomeroon River to the rich melodies of our music that make every gathering feel like a festival, there’s always something to appreciate.
