Greetings! My name is Eshandan Seenauth, and I’m proud to call the beautiful Shore Essequibo Coast my home. Growing up in the Pomeroon-Supenaam area, I have deep roots in this enchanting region, where the rivers flow with stories and the land is rich with heritage.
In my downtime, you can often find me reminiscing about family gatherings filled with the tantalizing flavors of traditional Guyanese dishes. My grandma used to whip up delicious meals that brought everyone together, much like the popular spots in our community, such as Trincity and Trini Delite. Whether it’s a festive occasion or an everyday meal, food is a cornerstone of our culture that nurtures both the body and spirit.
As part of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connections we maintain with friends and family across borders.
