Hello! I’m Eshrie Ramlall, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically from the vibrant community of Sparta in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and rich waterways of Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and cultural diversity our beloved country offers. In my community, we blend traditional Creolese expressions with the English language, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. "How yuh doin?" is often met with a cheerful "Me a'rite!"—a testament to our friendly and resilient spirit.
Through my journey, I’ve come to understand the importance of staying connected to our roots, especially for those of us living abroad.
