Hello! My name is Estalita Phillips, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of Regina Essequibo Coast, right here at 49 Lima Lima Sands in Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a dedicated housewife, I embrace the warmth of family and the rich traditions of our Guyanese culture. From cooking up a storm with my favorite curry chicken (not chicken curry, as we Guyanese say!) to sharing tales of the majestic Kai-chow Falls, I cherish the everyday moments that connect us to our roots.

I love sharing experiences and memories with fellow Guyanese, whether we reminisce about Lower Pom River or discuss the ease of being vegetarian in our diverse society.
