I often share stories with family members who have migrated, reminiscing about the amazing churches in Georgetown and how our local celebrations bring us all together—whether in the lush greenery of the countryside or the bustling streets of the city. Just like my cousin from the U.S. who couldn’t get enough of the local flavors, I find joy in sharing our culture with anyone willing to learn about it.
