Born and raised in the vibrant community of Lower Pomeroon, I am proud to call the lush landscapes of Guyana my home. Growing up near the serene waters of the Aroaima River, I developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds us, as well as a strong connection to my roots. Now residing in Mission, Pomeroon-Supenaam, I carry with me the flavors of home, from the comforting aroma of metemgee to the rich, spicy taste of pepperpot, which I share with friends and family, keeping our traditions alive even from afar.
As a driver, my job not only takes me through the scenic routes of our beloved region but also allows me to engage with people from all walks of life. Whether Iām transporting passengers or goods, I cherish every interaction and strive to provide a friendly and reliable service. My connections to the Guyanese diaspora, especially my fellow Lower Pomeroon folks, remind me of the importance of community and shared experiences.
