Hello! I’m Faoud Mohamed, a proud Guyanese currently residing in La Belle Alliance on the Essequibo Coast. My roots trace back to the vibrant community of Lower Pomeroon, where the heart of our culture beats in the rhythms of the river and the warmth of our people. As a pump attendant, I take pride in my work, serving the needs of my fellow citizens while staying connected to the land that nurtured me.
Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich traditions of Guyana, I cherish the flavors of our local cuisine—from the aromatic curry dishes to the sweet satisfaction of a fresh coconut water. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a plate of pepperpot or cook-up rice with family and friends, especially during celebrations when the laughter echoes alongside our beloved music. Whether it's the festivities of the Mashramani Carnival or the simple joy of gathering for a meal, these moments remind me of our strong community ties.
