Hello! My name is Fazil Smith, and I proudly call River Boradaro Island in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of our beautiful waterways and breathtaking savannahs, I've always been deeply connected to the vibrant culture that defines our nation. From the aroma of pepperpot simmering on the stove to the lively rhythms of chutney soca echoing through celebrations, my life is a reflection of the rich traditions and diverse influences that make Guyana unique.
As a resident of River Boradaro, I cherish the close-knit community we’ve built here. Additionally, I often reminisce about my trips to St. Helena, where the Pom River flows gently, and the simple joys of life come alive. There’s truly no place like home.
