Greetings! My name is Flavio Francis, and I am proud to call Essequibo my home. Nestled in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam, my life is a vibrant blend of local culture, family traditions, and the natural beauty of Guyana. With the Essequibo River flowing nearby, the lush landscape inspires my love for nature and community. Growing up surrounded by the rich flavors of our local cuisine—whether it’s a comforting bowl of pepperpot or the sweet tang of homemade metemgee—has shaped my identity and connected me to my roots.
As a resident of this beautiful region, I cherish the opportunities to engage with fellow Guyanese, both at home and in the diaspora.
