Hello! I’m Esther France, a proud farmer from the beautiful Moruca region in Barima-Waini, Guyana. My deep connection to the land is reflected in the crops I cultivate, from cassava to plantains, which are staples in our vibrant local cuisine. Living in this lush area, surrounded by the mighty rivers and dense forests, I find inspiration in the natural beauty that Guyana offers. It reminds me of the flavors of our traditional dishes, like pepperpot and cook-up rice, which bring family and friends together at the dinner table.
Having spent my entire life in this community, I cherish the strong bonds we share.
