Greetings! My name is Rajendra Fredericks, and I proudly call Manawarin in the Barima-Waini region of Guyana my home. As a farmer, I am deeply connected to the land, cultivating crops that sustain both my family and the vibrant local community. The lush greenery and rich biodiversity of our region inspire my work every day. The beauty of nature here is truly breathtaking, from the mighty Kanuku Mountains to the majestic Kaieteur Falls, which I often find myself sharing with visitors and friends from near and far.
Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always cherished our unique culinary traditions.
