Hello! My name is Gail Benjamin, and I am proud to call East Bank Essequibo my home. Nestled in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my days are filled with the rich flavors and traditions of our beloved Guyana. As a housewife, I cherish the opportunity to create delicious local dishes, from pepperpot to cook-up rice, which I share with family and friends. Having grown up surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the Lower Pomeroon River, I have a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that defines our country.
