Hello, I’m Ganeshram Dukharan, a proud labourer residing in Bank Essequibo, within the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up around the lush landscapes of the Essequibo, I've been deeply influenced by the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of my homeland. The aroma of freshly cooked pepperpot and the sound of the river flowing through the Pomeroon bring me a sense of nostalgia, reminding me of family gatherings where food and stories were shared under the starry skies.
My roots run deep in this land; it was in Charity, Pomeroon, where my grandfather served as the headmaster of the Siriki RC School in the 60s. His dedication to education has inspired my own work ethic, as I strive to provide for my family while connecting with the community.
