Hello! I’m Geeta Mc Intosh, a proud resident of the beautiful Coast Demerara region, specifically 01 First Street East in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I've been deeply influenced by our vibrant traditions, from the joyful rhythms of our folk music to the delicious flavors of our local cuisine, like pepperpot and roti. Despite being often overlooked, our tiny nation boasts stunning landmarks such as the majestic Kaieteur Falls and the lush expanses of the Rupununi savannah. I love participating in community events that celebrate our diversity, especially during Mashramani and Diwali when the streets come alive with color, music, and the aroma of delicious food.
