Greetings! My name is George Benjamin, a proud Guyanese cook hailing from the serene banks of the Kaibourie Canal in Creek, Upper Pomeroon. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich culinary heritage.
