Hello! I’m George Trim, a proud Guyanese welder based in the vibrant community of East Bank Essequibo, specifically on 656 Peter Street in Parika, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultures of Guyana has profoundly shaped my identity and work ethic. From the Essequibo River to the bustling markets of Georgetown, I cherish every corner of my beautiful homeland.
When I’m not on the job, you can find me enjoying some of the best local dishes that Guyana has to offer. Whether it’s the mouthwatering chicken fried rice from our beloved Caribbean Cabana or a hearty plate of curry from one of the many food stalls that pepper our streets, I believe there's nothing quite like the flavors of home. I also take pride in sharing our culture with those in the diaspora, who often reminisce about our shared experiences and culinary delights.
As a part of the Guyanese community, I hold dear our traditions and the bonds we've built, whether it’s chatting about the latest cricket match or discussing the beautiful Essequibo and its rich history.
