Greetings from the beautiful Essequibo Coast! My name is Glenis Mc Neil, a proud housewife residing in the vibrant community of Sand Reef, Dageraad, within the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our unique traditions, especially our mouthwatering cuisine. Whether it's whipping up a spicy pepperpot or sharing a plate of cook-up rice with family, I believe that food is the heart of our gatherings, bringing people together in love and laughter.

I often reminisce about my childhood trips to iconic sites like the Kaieteur Falls and the bustling markets filled with the aroma of fresh spices. These experiences shape my identity and inspire me to share our culture with others, showcasing the beauty of our homeland and its people.
