Hello! My name is Gowkaran Dookhu, and I’m a proud carpenter based in the heart of Essequibo, specifically along the vibrant 70 Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this beautiful region, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the lush landscapes and the rich culture that defines Guyana. Whether it's the sweet aroma of cook-up rice wafting through the air or the lively community gatherings, these experiences have shaped both my craft and my character.
As a carpenter, I take pride in creating pieces that not only serve a purpose but also reflect the essence of our Guyanese heritage. My work is inspired by the natural beauty around us, from the serene banks of the Pomeroon River to the lively markets of Anna Regina. I believe in connecting with my clients on a personal level, respecting their visions while imparting my own knowledge and creativity.
