This vibrant community is rich in culture and tradition, nestled along the serene waters of the Pomeroon River. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local cuisine, especially dishes like pepperpot and metemgee, which remind me of family gatherings filled with laughter and warmth.
