Food is an essential part of our culture, and while some might say that Singh's is a bit overrated, there’s nothing quite like the flavors of our Caribbean cuisine right here in the heart of Queens, New York—the Mecca for Caribbean food! Whether it’s a plate of pepperpot or some fresh-caught fish from the rivers around River Sally Island or Boradaro Island Koria, I take pride in sharing my culinary heritage with friends and family, no matter where we are.
