Born and raised in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I’ve always been inspired by the rich cultural heritage that surrounds me. From the lush landscapes of the Essequibo River to the warm smiles of my neighbors, I carry the spirit of Guyana in everything I do. In my free time, you’ll find me enjoying traditional dishes like pepperpot with some fresh cassava or indulging in a sweet slice of guava pie. The flavors of Guyana are as rich as our culture, and they tell stories of our ancestors and the land we cherish. I believe that our local food connects us, whether we’re sharing a meal at home or across the diaspora, and I’m always eager to introduce others to the delights of our cuisine.
As someone who has worked hard in my craft, I take pride in contributing to my community through my trade.
