Greetings! I’m Hamlet Constantine, a proud labourer hailing from the vibrant Essequibo region in Guyana, specifically the serene 14B Grove on the East Bank of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our diverse traditions, particularly our delectable cuisine. Nothing beats a hearty plate of pepperpot or a sweet treat of metemgee, especially when shared with family and friends during festive gatherings or at local events.
