Though I may now live in the diaspora, my heart remains tethered to Guyana. I cherish the bonds I have with my fellow countrymen, whether they're near or far, as we share experiences that resonate with the essence of our homeland. Whether reminiscing about the serene River Waipaqua Settlement or the lively atmosphere of Macaseema Kabakaburi, I carry a piece of Guyana with me wherever I go.
Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
