Hello, I’m Harold Wilson, a proud resident of Lil Red Village on the stunning Essequibo Coast. Nestled in the heart of the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my home is surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant waters that make Guyana truly unique. The flavors of our local cuisine, from pepperpot to roti, remind me daily of the rich cultural heritage we share, not just here, but with the half a million Guyanese living overseas who carry our traditions across the globe.
As someone who has deep roots in this community, I take immense pride in our contributions to the Caribbean, especially through our active participation in CARICOM. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
